Shipping
Little Blue Elephant orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery of your purchase. A shipping confirmation with tracking information will be emailed when your order has been shipped.
Shipping Cost
Standard U.S.shipping is $8.00 for a single item, and $2.00 for each additional item.
Expedited U.S. shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipping within the U.S. is free on orders over $175.
Shipping to Canada is also available, and cost is calculated at checkout. (Expect 5-15 days for delivery.)
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Most items ship within 3 business days, and should arrive within 3 to 10 days.
Local Pickup
If you are in the Eugene/Springfield area, I also offer a free “Local Pickup” option. Choose ‘Local Pickup’ from the checkout menu before payment. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is ready (usually 1 to 3 days), and instructions for pick up at Clay Space, 222 Polk St. in Eugene.
Local Pickup Cost
There is no charge if you’re picking up your order locally.
When will my Local Pickup order be ready?
Most Local Pickup orders will be ready within 3 days after you complete your order.
Payment
Payments are processed online via the WooPayments and Stripe payment portals. At this time we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and offer LINK one click checkout.
